The Fairfield Frightless and the Mournfall Conspiracy
Fairfield High isn't your average school. The teachers are gorgons, the students are demons, and the curriculum can be lethal. Anastasia Graves is the school's only human student—powerless, ordinary, and totally out of her depth.
When the principal assigns her and her group of fellow misfits a "special" senior project, Anastasia feels a little more confident. The assignment? A secret field trip to the human world. It should be an easy A.
They get a conspiracy instead.
Non-human entities are infiltrating the city, replacing officials, and silencing anyone who asks too many questions. When Anastasia and her friends uncover the truth, their easy grade turns into a fight for survival.
Cut off from the magical world and hunted by the conspiracy’s elusive leader, Anastasia has to lead her team of outsiders to save a town that doesn't know magic exists.
It turns out you don't need powers to be a hero. You just need a plan... and maybe a metal pipe.
The Fairfield Frightless and the Midnight Murders
Anastasia Graves and her fellow Frightless have survived the human world, but their reward might be even more dangerous: an invitation to Elysia Cilidon University. It’s the most prestigious magical academy in the world—and for Futures Month, it’s their new home.
It was supposed to be a glimpse of their future. Instead, it becomes a crime scene.
When students start dying in bizarre murder-suicides, the campus goes on lockdown. The killers have no memory of their crimes, claiming they were trapped in nightmares while their bodies did the dirty work. But when Anastasia’s best friend, Laurent, is found standing over a victim with a knife in his hand, the Frightless realize this isn't just a random tragedy. Someone is targeting them.
With Laurent behind bars and an assassin stalking the campus, Anastasia must dive into an ancient feud between gods of dreams and chaos. And every moment she hesitates is a moment the killer will strike again.
The Frightless have saved the day before. But this time, the killer is inside the house.
The Fairfield Frightless and the Children of the Lake
Anastasia Graves and the Frightless have survived high school, a cross-world conspiracy, and a serial killer. Now, they’re ready for the one thing they haven’t had yet: a vacation.
The destination is Bellshire, a quaint tourist town nestled high in the mountains. It promises hiking, swimming, and absolutely zero life-or-death battles. But when the group learns of a local legend—an ancient eldritch god that feeds on anger said to sleep beneath the lake—Anastasia starts to get that familiar sinking feeling.
It starts with small things. The water grows agitated and lights flash from the deep. Townsfolk go missing only to reappear at night, drenched with water and shambling through the streets. And for some reason, the sirens in the lake are taking a keen interest in Anastasia.
When the legend turns out to be more than just a story to scare tourists, the Frightless must trade their swimsuits for spellbooks. If they can’t solve the mystery of Bellshire Lake, this summer vacation might be their last.
The Frightless just wanted a break. Instead, they got an apocalypse.
