I'm always down for some YA/NA fantasy, but contemporary fiction is good, and if you have any recommendations for a good MYSTERY too that'd be really cool. Preferably not something too heavy, I want a casual read I can get a few pages of here and there in the evening or get through in a weekend or something!

Oh oh, for mystery, read either The Silent Patient or The Family Upstairs. They're both so good. You'll be able to finish them in a weekend because you won't be able to put them down lol. Also I really want someone to talk to about The Silent Patient because no one else I know has read it so please.

Oh The Silent Patient LOOKS SO GOOD. Maybe a little more intense than I was after but dude I'm going to grab this THANKS. The other one I'll add to my to read list, maybe for early next year.
